Qualifying and nurturing leads on WhatsApp and email, then logging every touch so nothing slips.
Running the CRM and pipeline in Follow Up Boss, Salesforce or HubSpot so the agent always sees what's next.
Coordinating viewings and deal paperwork like Form A and Ejari, keeping the agent free to close.
