Verify your business
Before an employer can contact crew, we confirm the business is real. Verification protects specialists from fraudulent offers and gives your brokerage a badge that candidates trust. It takes one to two business days.
What you will need
- A valid UAE trade licence from any emirate — DED, DIFC, ADGM or a freezone authority. A RERA broker card is accepted alongside the licence.
- The Emirates ID of the owner or an authorised signatory.
Your documents are used solely to confirm the business and the signatory. They are never shown to specialists — only your verified badge and public company details are visible on the platform.
How it works
Business details
Tell us your company name, emirate and contact details.
Upload your trade licence
Any valid UAE trade licence (not expired). A RERA broker card can accompany it.
Confirm the signatory
Add the owner or authorised signatory's Emirates ID so we know who we are dealing with.
Review
Our team reviews within one to two business days and emails you the result.
Your documents don’t stick around
Verification exists to confirm the business is real — not to build a file on you. Your trade licence and Emirates ID are used only to review your application, and they are never shown to specialists.
Once your application has been reviewed, the document images are deleted on our retention schedule — within 90 days. We keep only what is needed to maintain your verified badge: the licence number, its expiry date, and your verification status. The images themselves do not linger on our systems.
