Identity verification
Specialists submit a government ID, a live face-match video and their resume. Employers verify a UAE trade licence and the owner's Emirates ID. Every profile is reviewed before it goes live.
Two-way reviews
Every completed hire leaves a rating on both sides. A visible track record means bad-faith employers and underperformers get flagged fast.
You control your pay
Wages are arranged directly between employer and specialist using trusted methods like Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. HireVAna never holds your money.
Report & flag
See something off? Report any profile, message or job. We investigate and remove accounts that break our rules or misrepresent themselves.
